Barbara Adamson

our dear friend and Sailor Bob Adamson's beloved wife, died on Saturday, 31 December in Kew, Melbourne. Bob and family cared for her at home during her illness and she was admitted to the hospice for the last couple of days. We will miss her love, her extraordinary sense of beauty and her care and compassion for others. Thank you Barbara.

The notion of a "me" is the unexamined asumption which is embedded in all inquiry. All seeking arises from the belief that we are a separate entity, yet in seeing through the belief invested in this assumption, the search simply dissolves.Using dialogue, inquiry and practical experiments, Pete and Kalyani respectfully expose this assumed identity - the phantom "me" we imagine ourselves to be. In seeing through the illusory, what remains is what is always here.                                                                                                                   Each session begins with a practical exercise designed to offer direct experience of our being and uncover what is obscuring our clear seeing. Stories and recollections of past experiences are discouraged as we keep the conversation on present experience. We encourage rigour by actively investigating what is being pointed to.The full-day programmes include lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments.
