Pay attention to the spaciousness, to what's in front of you.

An interesting hint is to look at apparent space.

You can't see space, yet you can notice space between apparent objects. If you put the attention on space, then it's a different world. So rather than seeking something, simply notice the spaciousness.

Space is often used as an analogy - space-like awareness. Awareness without qualities or attributes, no beginning, no end, no centre, no circumference.

Unnameable, undefinable, uncontainable. We are spaciousness.

Notice spaciousness. It's always here."
